  • Early Termination Fee: DIRECTV requires a 24-month commitment. If you terminate your service before the end of your contract, you’ll be charged $20 for each remaining month.
  • DVR Service: All DIRECTV TV plans include free DVR service. With Genie, you can record up to 200 hours, while Genie 2 allows for 450 hours of recording. Gemini (DIRECTV via Internet) offers unlimited recording hours.
